This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully from the ground up — and for the right person, to grow into a full-time role within approximately 8 months with early equity participation.About This RoleMedGEO is seeking an experienced Implementation Trainer with a clinical background as a Surgical Technician — ideally with strong orthopedic experience — to support the rollout of automated workflow solutions within perioperative environments at a major health system.This role is ideal for someone who understands the realities of operating room workflows and can bridge the gap between clinical staff and technology adoption. You will work directly with OR teams to train staff, support workflow transitions, and ensure successful implementation of MedGEO's automation solutions in a live clinical environment.The initial project begins in July and requires onsite work in Rochester, Minnesota for a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks.A Day in the LifeAs an Implementation Trainer at MedGEO, you will be the clinical bridge between our technology and the OR teams adopting it. Your day might include a hands-on training session with surgical technologists during a go-live period, troubleshooting a workflow challenge with a perioperative nurse, building documentation to help teams stay consistent, or collaborating with MedGEO's implementation team on deployment strategy.
