At RDC, pride in our own work extends to every project, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.Role DescriptionRDC Design+Build, Inc. is seeking experienced, motivated professionals to join our team as Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents (traveling and local). In these full-time, on-site positions based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will oversee construction projects, manage timelines, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also engage in tasks such as expediting, conducting inspections, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently and meeting objectives. Traveling Superintendents will additionally oversee site-specific projects across various locations.QualificationsExperience in Project Management, including planning, organization, and execution of construction tasksKnowledge in expediting processes and skills in coordinating schedules to meet project timelinesProficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standardsSkills in Logistics Management, including overseeing material procurement and workforce resourcesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with construction management software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred5+ years of experience in construction project management or related roles
