TPG's investment platforms span a wide range of asset classes, including private equity, growth equity, impact investing, infrastructure, growth venture, real estate, secondaries, and public equity.The RoleAt Matrix Renewables, we are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to support our growing operations in the United States.Based in Miami, FL, this role will play a key part in driving talent acquisition initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders and employees across the organization. The HRBP will lead full-cycle recruitment processes for the US business while also supporting employee relations and ensuring compliance with US employment laws and internal policies.The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with solid experience in employee relations and compliance, along with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Key Activities and ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple business areas and functions in the US.Source and identify top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other sourcing channels.Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.Coordinate and drive interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Prepare candidate assessments and interview summaries for hiring teams.Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.Ensure roles are appropriately advertised and support employer branding initiatives.Employee Relations & ComplianceAct as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and employees.Support the resolution of workplace issues, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with company values.Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies.Partner with leadership to proactively identify and mitigate HR risks.HR Operations & Business PartneringSupport performance management processes and broader HR initiatives.Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.Promote HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.Participate in HR projects and other initiatives as required.General Skills / AttributesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience combining recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance responsibilities.Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices.Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes (corporate and technical roles).Hands-on experience handling employee relations matters and supporting compliant HR practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to understand and discuss technical roles with candidates and stakeholders.Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset.Native-level English required; Spanish is a plus.Matrix is committed to a fulfilling, inclusive and non-discriminatory working environment in which all individuals are treated as individuals, with respect and dignity and are given opportunities to develop their careers and contribute to both the Company ́s and their own success.
