A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Enablement Programmes. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a global partner enablement strategy to ensure partners are trained and commercially ready Translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences using modern instructional design principles Build and improve global enablement programmes, including onboarding, training, and certification Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 5-10 years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or global programme management, preferably in SaaS Proven instructional design capability with high-impact content Experience managing and optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS) Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring KPIs and building dashboards
