Position Summary We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our close-knit Ohio team. As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in leading treatment programs, supervising RBTs, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact while being supported by a team that values your expertise. This role also comes with a major opportunity to grow into a Clinical Director position as we continue expanding across the region. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians. Monitor client progress and make data-driven program adjustments. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance. Collaborate with leadership to enhance program development and staff training. Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
