You'll work primarily in WordPress, focusing on technical cleanup during onboarding, implementing schema and performance optimizations, and supporting our content team with keyword strategy and header structure. This is a hands-on role where you'll prevent technical issues, optimize sites for search engines and users, and help deliver high-quality SEO work at scale.What You'll Do• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes across WordPress websites• Lead technical cleanup during client onboarding — removing remnant content, metadata, andcross-client links from cloned or reused sections• Implement and optimize schema markup (local schema, product/service schema, etc.)• Optimize site performance, image compression, caching, and Core Web Vitals using plugins such as WP Rocket and WP-Optimize• Support content creation by providing targeted keyword lists (primary + long-tail) and guiding proper H1–H5 header structure• Ensure sitemaps, robots.txt, llms.txt and technical pages are correctly configured• Set up Google Maps API integration on location pages where needed• Test mobile responsiveness on real devices• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and the QA team to maintain high technical standardsTools You'll Use• Google Search Console• SEMrush• KWFinder• AnswerThePublicWhat We're Looking For• 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience with a strong focus on WordPress• Experience with technical cleanup, schema implementation, and site performance optimization• Comfortable providing keyword strategy and on-page guidance (headers, content structure)• Proficiency with Google Search Console, SEMrush, KWFinder, and AnswerThePublic• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset• Bonus: Experience working with law firm or professional services websitesWhy Join Legal Leads Group?• Play a key role in scaling clean, high-performing SEO across dozens of law firm websites• Work in a growing agency that values ownership and technical excellence• Consistent on-site schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm in Westlake Village, CA• Competitive compensation and benefitsHow to ApplySend your resume and a short note about why you're interested in this role to:Email: igor.k@lucrativelegal.com
