Office Manager

Job Summary We are a growing, family-owned roofing company seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is the backbone of our office—supporting our crews, coordinating with customers, and ensuring paperwork, scheduling, and finances stay on track. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Schedule roofing jobs, inspections, and estimates Coordinate with field crews, suppliers, and subcontractors Prepare invoices, collect payments, and track accounts receivable Assist with payroll, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping Manage permits, contracts, insurance documents, and job files Order office supplies and job materials as needed Maintain organized records and digital filing systems Support the owner with administrative tasks and reporting Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience (construction or roofing preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and basic accounting tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and dependable What We Offer Stable, full-time position with a growing company Family-oriented, respectful work environment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with the company and take on more responsibility Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
