Are you a sales professional who prefers being in the field instead of behind a desk?Our client is expanding their presence across the Pacific Northwest and is seeking an Outside Sales Professional based in the Seattle area who can quickly build trust with homeowners following significant property damage.In this role, you will meet homeowners shortly after events such as fire, water damage, or severe storms, educate them on the insurance claims process, and help them decide whether to hire professional representation to advocate on their behalf. This is a relationship driven role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in face to face conversations.About the Company:Our client is a leading public insurance adjusting firm with more than 65 years of experience helping property owners recover after catastrophic losses. Unlike insurance carriers, the firm represents policyholders only, ensuring that homeowners and property owners receive fair settlements following major property damage. Their reputation has been built on advocacy, expertise, and trust, and they are continuing to expand their presence throughout the Pacific Northwest.About the Role:The Outside Sales Professional spends the majority of their time in the field meeting with property owners who are dealing with major damage to their homes or buildings. You will help them understand their options and determine whether professional representation would benefit them during the insurance claims process.You do not need to be an insurance expert on day one. Our client provides structured training and strong backend support so you can focus on building relationships and securing new representation agreements.Professionals who have worked in construction, restoration, remediation, roofing, home services, or other relationship driven outside sales roles often transition very well into this position.What You'll Do:Travel locally and regionally throughout the Pacific Northwest to assigned propertiesMeet homeowners shortly after a loss event and discuss their situationExplain in clear, simple language how the insurance claims process worksEducate property owners on how the firm advocates on behalf of policyholdersBuild trust quickly through empathy, professionalism, and strong communicationLead consultative conversations that result in signed representation agreementsCollaborate with internal estimators, adjusters, and claims professionalsCompete effectively with contractors, insurance carriers, and other adjusters in the fieldTransition signed clients to the internal claims team so you can focus on new opportunitiesWhat We Are Looking For:Proven success in outside sales, field sales, or relationship driven sales rolesBackgrounds that often translate well into this role include:Construction, restoration, or remediationRoofing or home services salesInsurance related salesMilitary or veterans transitioning into sales careersStrong communication skills and emotional intelligenceAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleResilient, competitive, and self motivatedWillingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest regionWhy Join Us?No cold calling.
