We’re seeking an experienced Foreman to lead project crews and ensure every job site reflects the quality and professionalism our reputation is built on. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations on residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, and pool projects Lead, manage, and motivate crews of 2‑8 workers to ensure efficiency and safety Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and layouts Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timelines and expectations are met Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to The Pros, Inc. quality guidelines Operate tools and machinery as needed, ensuring proper maintenance and safe use Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Train new crew members and promote a culture of accountability and respect Requirements Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in landscaping, hardscape, or construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership role Strong understanding of landscaping, hardscaping, grading, and pool construction methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and team leadership skills Comfortable operating equipment such as skid steers, mini‑excavators, and compactors Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) OSHA certification preferred (or willing to obtain) Strong work ethic, problem‑solving mindset, and attention to detail Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Why Join The Pros, Inc.?
