Technical Support Engineer

Located in San Francisco, CA, Novani is a successful, privately-owned IT Service Provider with extensive experience providing comprehensive and custom solutions combined with exceptional support to a large and diverse customer base. We are currently looking for an experienced IT professional seeking to build and expand on their existing skill set while contributing to the growth and continued success of the Company. As a Support Engineer, you will work individually and with fellow team members to provide support across multiple clients. You must be self-driven and comfortable multi-tasking with the ability to solve end user issues in a timely and professional manner. You will demonstrate strong technical aptitude and experience working in varied environments with servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP services and wired/wireless network devices and configurations. You will be adaptive, flexible and a dedicated problem-solver. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of progressive IT support experience in a help desk equivalent capacity Proven knowledge of Windows/Mac OS X operating systems Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration and support experience Strong understanding of network concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, etc.) Smartphone device configuration, management, and troubleshooting experience Familiarity with using GPOs, Powershell, and scripting Available to work after hours and/or weekends Ability to travel within the SF Bay Area Qualifications Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation and enjoy working with end users Ability to effectively manage client and peer expectations A team player willing to learn and share knowledge amongst team members Benefits Excellent 401k with annual company contributions Medical and Dental – company pays 100% of base plans Vision Care plan Pre-Tax commuter benefits Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, public holidays) Training and development Salary $75k - $90k, commensurate with experience Novani, LLC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
