Process Engineer

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Process Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about improving production performance.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize automotive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughputIdentify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and scrapSupport new model launches, tooling changes, and process validationsDevelop and update process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and support daily operationsMonitor key metrics such as cycle time, yield, and defect rates, using data to drive continuous improvementAssist with equipment layout, workflow optimization, and ergonomic improvementsEnsure compliance with automotive industry standards, customer requirements, and safety regulationsQualificationsExperience in automotive manufacturing or a related high‑volume production environmentStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and process troubleshootingFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to read technical drawings, process flows, and engineering documentationExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEngineering degree preferred, but relevant experience will be consideredEOE
