This alignment strengthens our commitment to improving our technology, refining our processes, and supporting the people who drive our work every day.If you’re someone who shows up, takes ownership, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this is the place you’ll grow.What You'll DoPerform setup and calibration of CNC machines, primarily Okuma vertical and horizontal machining centers, in a high-production environmentInstall and align fixtures, tooling, and materials to meet blueprint specifications and production requirementsLoad, verify, and adjust CNC programs, offsets, and tooling to ensure accurate and efficient part productionConduct first-article inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet quality standardsRead and interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify dimensional accuracyTroubleshoot setup-related issues including tooling wear, offsets, alignment, and minor machine concerns, making necessary adjustments to maintain production flowSupport basic machine upkeep and communicate larger mechanical or electrical issues to MaintenanceMaintain accurate documentation of setups, tooling, and adjustments to support repeatability and efficiencyCommunicate process improvements, challenges, or recurring issues to Supervisors and Programming teamsWork closely with Operators, Machinists, and Production Leads to maintain workflow and meet production schedulesProvide guidance and support to Operators to ensure proper machine operation and setup consistencyFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaEquipment & TechnologyOkuma horizontal and vertical mills (MB4000, MA600, M560)HAAS vertical mills (VF series)Fastems flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) with pallet automationOkuma lathes and multi-tasking machines (Multus)5-axis machining centersSwiss CNC machines (Tsugami)What We Are Looking ForMust be able to pass a drug screen and backgroundAble to work 7:00 am - 3:45 pm OT as neededMinimum of 2 years of CNC setup experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&TWorking knowledge of G-code and M-code, including basic edits and offset adjustmentsProficient with precision measuring tools and inspection techniquesStrong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting abilityStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and within a teamBenefitsMultiple medical, dental, and vision plan options with employer contributionsVoluntary benefits: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, legal insurance, identity theft protectionCompany-paid and voluntary life insuranceShort- and long-term disabilityFitness reimbursements and wellness programs401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysPet insurance optionsPay RangeA reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $25 – $35 USD.
