This role focuses on hands-on laboratory testing, data analysis, and quality system compliance under guidance of senior engineers.+ Perform standardized laboratory testing per SOPs and test methods+ Conduct equipment validation (IQ/OQ) and maintain lab equipment+ Analyze test data, identify trends/issues, and document results+ Write and maintain test protocols, reports, and SOPs+ Support investigations, troubleshooting, and basic root cause analysis (CAPA input)+ Assist in design and development testing for medical device/packaging systems+ Ensure compliance with quality system and regulatory requirements+ Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree + 4 years related experience (or equivalent combinations)+ Medical device experience preferred+ Familiarity with statistical analysis tools preferred+ Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
