Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a Site Supervisor who can combine field oversight with excellent customer service.What You'll DoAs the on-site face of our company, you'll:Serve as the primary customer contact, welcoming homeowners and providing clear, daily updates on progress and next steps.Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful jobsite, stepping in as needed for basic clean-up and hands-on support.Lead and oversee crews, managing workflow and keeping projects on schedule.Ensure top-quality workmanship, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the customer.Coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries, managing equipment, and occasionally picking up and transporting materials from our yard or local suppliers.Document project milestones with photos and notes, and guide customers through the final walkthrough and completion.Support business growth, canvassing nearby homes to notify neighbors of upcoming work, provide company information, and generate new appointment opportunities (with incentive-based rewards).What We're Looking ForBackground in construction, roofing, project management or site supervision (preferred, but not required).Strong customer service skills professional, clear, and respectful communication.Ability to read project plans and enforce safety/OSHA standards.Tech-friendly: CRM systems, photo documentation apps, Microsoft Office/Teams.Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.Valid driver's license with a clean record.
