This role offers immediate exposure to cutting-edge litigation and close collaboration with seasoned trial lawyers known for their strategic, creative approach.What You Will DoManage critical stages of complex commercial disputes and brand-related mattersConduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and both dispositive and non-dispositive motionsHandle written and document discovery with precision and strategic insightTake and defend depositions, assist with witness preparation, and support all aspects of trial preparationWork independently and collaboratively on fast-moving, high-importance litigation mattersWhat We Are Looking For4th-5th year litigation associate, admitted to the California BarStrong academic credentials and excellent writing, analytical, and research skillsExperience handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, preparing witnesses, and taking/defending depositionsPrior experience in a peer law firm or clerkship strongly preferredBackground in both plaintiff and defense litigation is a plusA proactive mindset, strong judgment, and enthusiasm for high-stakes litigationWhy This Opportunity Stands OutYou will join a dynamic, high-performing litigation team known for tackling some of the most challenging commercial disputes in the market.
