Engagement Manager - Customer Success

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics to lead a strategic consulting engagement for a global biopharmaceutical client. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will design, execute, and implement cuttingedge analytical solutions for clients. You will be responsible for institutionalizing data-driven insights and recommendations, translating analytics into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with large datasets, enjoy building relationships with stakeholders, and thrive in solving complex business problems through data and analytics, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve understanding client businesses, generating insights, developing recommendations, and presenting these to clients and their management. You will also communicate strategy, delivery plans, and ensure alignment across teams while mitigating potential risks and escalations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, Promotional Analytics, and Business Product Management, and will be responsible for end-to-end client delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
