If you're ready to take on high-impact client engagements and grow your career in a people-first firm, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll DoYou’ll work on real, high-impact projects that help our clients strengthen controls, manage risk, and improve their technology environments. Your day-to-day may include:Leading and executing IT audits across applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity environmentsEvaluating IT general controls (ITGCs) and application controls, including access, change management, and SDLC processesAssessing compliance with SOX, COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO, and other regulatory frameworksConducting risk assessments to identify technology, cybersecurity, and operational exposuresDeveloping insights and recommendations to enhance control environments and drive process improvementsPreparing client-ready reports and presenting findings clearly and confidentlyCollaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-quality engagementsMentoring junior team members and reviewing work to support team developmentWhat You’ll BringWe know great team members come from all kinds of backgrounds. Some things we typically look for:A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or advisory services within professional servicesExperience with ITGC testing, application controls, and audit documentationFamiliarity with frameworks such as SOX, COSO, COBIT, NIST, and ISOStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teamsA collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCertifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are a plusExperience with cybersecurity assessments, cloud environments, or emerging technologies is a plusWhy Join DLA?We’re a rapidly growing advisory firm with a strong leadership team, national client base, and entrepreneurial culture.
