A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.ResponsibilitiesMust be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all timesEstablish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotelOffer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the company's standards of excellence, professionalism and friendlinessDemonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service, following this sequence for every guestPossess knowledge of the POS system to correctly and strategically coordinate with team membersEnsure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely mannerClear, mark, and take ownership of table maintenance and clean and reset tablesAssist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining roomComplete assigned side workAssist coworkers in any task necessary to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkersMaintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotelParticipate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requestedCore CompetenciesHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)One-year related experience in hospitality or service industry preferredStrong communication skillsCollaborative spiritEthical ConductPositive AttitudeEye for DetailProblem solving abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsWe offer competitive wages and benefits while fostering a diverse and inclusive work experience.We thrive in being a diverse work environment.
