WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Prospecting for and visiting potential clients daily
Establishing and developing relationships with property managers and other property personnel
Set up booths and attend trade show events
Participate in multiple industry associations and volunteer for board opportunities
Deliver compelling calls and meetings to introduce company capabilities and value propositions
Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis
Setting up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients (i.e "Lunch and Learns", trade association events, etc..)
Reporting activity in R&D's CRM portal daily
Collaborate with our marketing team and provide feedback on marketing initiatives
ABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE
You must be able to walk into a room and have no hesitation to introduce yourself to new colleagues and clients
Problem solving ability - getting to the root cause and identifying the solutions for our clients
Instrumental - ability to come across to others as highly competent and professional

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or greater
3 years minimum of business development experience and/or B2B selling experience
Proven B2B sales track record
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
Demonstrated history of business development relationships
