This role is responsible for driving pipeline generation, improving quote conversion, and enhancing visibility into sales performance through structured reporting and analysis.This is a highly collaborative position that works across the sales team, laboratory operations, and marketing to strengthen execution, increase efficiency, and support growth in key environmental markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Pipeline DevelopmentExecute targeted prospecting initiatives to generate new business opportunitiesIdentify and activate dormant and underdeveloped accountsSupport regional account executives in building and maintaining a strong sales pipelineQuote Management & ConversionLead structured follow-up on active quotes across the regionMonitor quote activity to ensure timely engagement and progressionSupport efforts to improve quote-to-win rates and reduce aging opportunitiesProgram & Market DevelopmentSupport growth initiatives in key market sectors, including CCR, rail, mining, oil and gas, brownfields, and water reuseAssist with pipeline development and coordination of opportunities within these marketsCollaborate with internal teams to align capabilities with market needsSales Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and deliver weekly sales performance reports using data from internal systemsAnalyze pipeline, quote activity, and sales trends to identify opportunities and risksProvide insights and recommendations to regional leadership and sales teamsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with account executives, lab operations, and marketing teamsSupport follow-up from marketing campaigns, webinars, and client outreach effortsHelp coordinate internal resources to support client needs and opportunitiesPosition ImpactThis role plays a critical part in improving how the region:Generates new opportunitiesConverts quotes into revenueTracks and manages sales performanceThe Regional Growth & Program Manager will help drive consistency, visibility, and execution across the North Central sales organization.QualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in environmental services, laboratory testing, or related industryStrong understanding of environmental testing markets and client needsExperience in sales, account management, or business development preferredProven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently while supporting a broader teamAuthorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship Preferred QualificationsExperience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)Familiarity with sales reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI)Experience supporting multi-state or regional sales teamsKey CompetenciesAnalytical thinking and problem solvingAttention to detail and follow-throughStrong communication and collaborationAbility to manage multiple prioritiesProactive and results-oriented mindsetAdditional InformationPosition will be Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Position will support the North Central Region: MI, OH, KY, IN, WI, IL, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IAPay Range: Starting at $85,000-$105,000 based on experience.
