Maintenance
Locally owned and operated, Santé Center for Healing’s goal is to provide individuals and families long-term recovery. From a beautiful wooded hilltop in Argyle (outside of Denton), Santé’s expert clinical and medical staff specialize in substance use disorders, mental health, dual diagnosis, poly-addiction and ultimately the trauma so often underneath it all. And we’ve been making “miracles happen on the hill” for 25 years.
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience in light maintenance and landscaping. EPA and HVAC certifications preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:
Work is physically demanding.
Must be able to:
Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs frequently
Safely operate a motorized vehicle
Walk up to 500 feet, walk up hills and over irregular terrain
Bend/Stoop frequently
Climb a ladder
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Perform basic mathematical functions
Safely handle and operate various hand and power tools
Job related certification a plus
Performs basic landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, leaf blowing, tree trimming, removing limbs, planting flowers and other living nursery items, and watering grass, flowers, shrubs and trees.
Applies paint to walls, fences, decks, and other surfaces.
Constructs or repairs walls, ceilings, roofs, floors, or other structures.
Performs light plumbing such as repairing leaky faucets and unstopping clogged toilets and drains.
Removes snow, ice, and other debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and driveway for safety reasons.
Assists with kitchen duties as needed, washing dishes, stocking, breaking down truck delivery and cleaning.
Replaces light bulbs and ballast as needed.
Disposes of trash and debris as needed to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Assembles and moves furniture and other office items as needed.
Maintains pool and pool area. Conducts a basic pool testing and maintaining a log. Monthly water will be delivered to an outside provider for testing, wash sand filter, and clean area around pool.
Performs preventative maintenance on sewage plant system, maintain daily log, changing belts, applying grease to appropriate parts, checking bearings, and cleaning /organizing area. Monitors and reports any issues to the Director of Plant Operations.
Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
