You'll work cross-functionally to define product strategy, drive roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions that serve creators, brands, and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product strategy and roadmap for creator-focused productsTranslate customer, creator, and business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomesLead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teamsOwn end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and ideation to launch and iterationDrive AI-native development and agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectivesLeverage data, user insights, and experimentation to inform product decisionsCommunicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadershipRequired Qualifications5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering customer-facing digital productsHands-on experience with marketing technology (MarTech), including affiliate, social, or digital marketing platformsProven experience building or shipping AI-powered features or productsStrong product thinking with the ability to connect problems, solutions, and measurable impactExperience working in Agile product environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategy and executionAvailability to work Pacific Time (PST) hoursPreferred / Nice To HaveRetail or e-commerce industry experienceExperience working with creator ecosystems or influencer platformsExposure to experimentation, analytics, and growth/product metricsWhat We're Looking ForA product manager who can turn ambiguity into clear directionSomeone who understands both the "why" and the "how" behind product decisionsA strong collaborator who can influence across teams and levelsA builder mindset with curiosity around AI and emerging technologies
