Senior Financial Analyst
Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst – Oracle EPM will play a key role in enhancing financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and planning capabilities across the business. This individual will support critical finance processes through the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.This is a highly collaborative role requiring both functional finance knowledge and hands-on EPM technical expertise to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial close, consolidation, planning, and forecasting processes through EPM system optimizationPartner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to align systems with business objectives and reporting needsDevelop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and narrative reportingMaintain data integrity, system reliability, and reporting accuracy across EPM platformsProvide end-user support, training, and issue resolution for finance stakeholdersBuild and maintain metadata, business rules, calculations, and integrationsSupport EPM enhancements, upgrades, and automation initiativesAssist with testing, release management, and adoption of new Oracle Cloud featuresEnsure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirementsTranslate business requirements into effective system solutions and act as a liaison between functional and technical teamQualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredAdvanced degree (MBA, MS) preferredCPA, CMA, or Oracle EPM certifications are a plusExperience4+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with exposure to close, consolidation, and planning cycles3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud environmentsExperience with EPM implementations, enhancements, or system administrationStrong experience building reports, dashboards, and financial insights for leadersTechnical SkillsExperience with: FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS (Workforce, Capital, Financials preferred)Narrative Reporting, Smart View, Freeform applicationWorking knowledge of: Business rules, calculations, and configurationEPM Automate, REST APIs, Data Integration / EDM Familiarity with SOX controls and financial systems governance
