As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate orders using OpenTable or other point-of-sale systems, ensuring all requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Qualifications Strong culinary knowledge and food handling skills are advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
