Any information collected there is subject to their terms and privacy notice.Who We AreWe are looking for a skilled technical Linux Consultant who will be performing support for several web applications for our customer, who develops a data management system that enables the rapid analysis and evaluation of data.What You'll Be DoingMaintenance of existing customer databases, including investigation and resolution of any incidents that may arise on the client's side Updating and upgrading existing clusters with the latest software according to the client's requirements and roadmap Continuous monitoring of customer databases using internal tools Preparation of technical specifications and documentation for all implementations, maintenance activities, updates, and monitoring processes Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles, both external and internal Identifying and implementing improvements within the Support Team Participating in various training courses, including self-learning and on-the-job training sessions Being prepared to fulfill on-call duties What You'll Bring AlongUniversity Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field At least 3 years of experience in the application management technical support Strong experience with Linux, Azure, SQL Server Experience with Java, Cloud Programming and MQ Series ITIL Certification represents a plus Excellent English verbal and written skills What’s In It For You✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
