Regional Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.Seeking driven and self-motivated Regional Sales Representatives to expand our presence and drive revenue across key markets. This role is focused on building relationships, generating new business, and closing deals within assigned territories. This is a performance-based position suited for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell, manage their pipeline, and operate independently. You will play a direct role in growing the company by identifying opportunities and converting them into long-term clients. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a sales pipeline within your assigned region Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Present Brands’ services and solutions effectively Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and closing activities Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboardingTrack activity and maintain organized records Meet and exceed sales targetsQualificationsExperience in sales, business development, or client acquisition Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter with ability to work independently Comfortable in commission-driven environment Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Industry experience (manufacturing/cannabis/operations) is a plus Regional role (territories to be assigned) Flexible schedule with focus on results Remote and in-person meetings as needed Direct collaboration with leadershipCommission-based compensation structure.
