Customer Service Team Closing Lead

Starting Pay $17.00 Per Hour All Shifts will be from 12:00-8:30pm As a Customer Service Team Lead at Bow Street Market you will be part of a fast paced, exciting, and fun environment where customers are treated to incredible service and a unique shopping experience built on the memories of what food shopping used to be. As the last point of contact for Bow Street Market customers, you'll provide fantastic service by leading the customer service team, engaging in friendly conversation, and ensuring all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. What will you do? Supervise and delegate tasks to customer service team members Greet all customers and engage in friendly conversation while leading the customer service team Ensure all guests are treated to a best in class shopping experience and thanked for visiting Bow Street Market Assist in the development, coaching, training, and motivation of team members to ensure high performance and minimize turnover Become familiar with the layout and product offerings throughout all Bow Street Market departments Handle complex transactions and difficult situations Ensure the customer service team handles merchandise according to established company polices Meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations Assist with managing our Grocery & delivery online ordering system.
