Salesforce Project Manager - (On-Site)Location: San Francisco, CAPay Rate: $105/hourEnd Client: Manufacturing CompanyJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives for a leading manufacturing company in San Francisco. This role will be on-site, managing the delivery of Salesforce projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to drive successful implementations in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.Lead status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards.Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.Drive change management, training, and adoption strategies for end users.Requirements5+ years of project management experience with at least 3+ years leading Salesforce projects.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations within complex organizations.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience leading projects in hybrid environments.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, PMP, or Scrum Master are a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Must be available to work on-site in San Francisco full-time.Why Join Us?Competitive hourly rate of $105/hour.Opportunity to work with a global manufacturing company on high-impact Salesforce initiatives.On-site role with direct visibility to executive stakeholders and influence on digital transformation strategy.
