Center Director – Sylvan Learning Center (Full-Time)Location: Montgomeryville / North Wales, PAJob Type: Full-time, In PersonOverviewSylvan Learning Center of Montgomeryville is seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive enrollment growth, lead center operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for families.This is a revenue-focused leadership role responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments, building relationships with families, and owning the overall performance of the center.The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, is comfortable discussing high-value services, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.Responsibilities:Sales & Enrollment Leadership (Primary Focus)Own the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through enrollmentConduct consultative sales conversations with parents to understand needs and recommend learning programsPresent Sylvan programs as a high-value investment in a child’s futureConsistently achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue goalsFollow up on leads, manage pipeline, and drive conversion ratesEnsure all phone, online, and walk-in inquiries are handled quickly and professionallyCustomer ExperienceDeliver a high-touch, personalized experience for every familyBuild trust and long-term relationships with parentsCommunicate student progress and reinforce the value of Sylvan programsMaintain high retention and customer satisfactionOperations & Team LeadershipManage day-to-day center operationsHire, train, and coach front desk and instructional staffLead team performance to meet sales, service, and operational goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional center environmentFinancial PerformanceOwn center-level P&L performanceManage revenue, expenses, and collectionsMonitor key performance indicators including:Lead conversion ratesEnrollment growthStudent retentionMarketing & Community OutreachExecute local marketing initiatives to drive leadsBuild relationships with schools, parent groups, and community organizationsRepresent the center at local events and networking opportunitiesAcademic PartnershipPartner with the Director of Education to ensure strong instructional qualitySupport communication between families and instructional staffEnsure programs are delivered in alignment with Sylvan standardsQualifications:RequiredBachelor’s degree3+ years of sales, consultative sales, or client-facing experienceProven ability to close sales and meet or exceed revenue targetsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized and results-drivenComfortable working evenings and weekendsStrongly Preferred (Ideal Backgrounds)Experience in:Consultative sales (fitness, weight loss, membership, or service-based sales)High-end retail (jewelry, luxury goods, or commission sales)Inside sales or enrollment-based rolesExperience managing a sales pipeline or CRM systemLeadership or team management experienceCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salaryAggressive performance-based bonus incentives tied to enrollment and revenueHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programWhy This Role is DifferentThis is not a traditional education role.This is a sales leadership role in a business that changes lives through education.If you are motivated by:closing dealsbuilding relationshipsowning resultsand earning based on performance…this is a unique opportunity to combine sales success with meaningful impact.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offReferral programWork Location: In person
