You’ll drive sales and retention of memberships across service areas including Manhattan, Mahopac, White Plains, Freeport, and Long Island, while helping the entire operation run smoother and smarter.What you’ll be doing:Serve as the main point of contact for all membership inquiries, renewals, and sign-upsEducate customers on the benefits of their membership plansSchedule preventative maintenance appointments and manage related communicationsKeep our CRM clean, current, and loaded with accurate dataCoordinate with internal teams (technicians, dispatchers, accounting) to deliver a seamless experienceSend out renewal estimates, confirm renewals, and follow up on salesSupport outreach and marketing campaigns to boost membership retention and upsell opportunitiesHelp resolve escalated customer concerns related to membershipHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)2+ years in customer service, administration, or sales (HVAC experience is a plus)Goal-driven and results-oriented mindsetExcellent communication skills with a calm, customer-first approachExperience with CRM platforms and tools like ServiceTitan, Google Suite, and Microsoft OfficeOrganized, detail-focused, and able to work independentlyWillingness to learn about HVAC systems and improve processesHickory is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
