Clinical supervision of MHWs is necessary to ensure safe and therapeutic care delivery. The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care, focusing on sobriety and managing co-occurring psychiatric issues. Submission Requirements5 years of RN experience required, with recent psych experience within the last 3 months.Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume.Willingness to float to other units and take charge shifts is required.First-time travelers will be considered. About the FacilityEffective 1/5/2025, the Brattleboro Retreat will be all-inclusive for any OT hours worked. Located in Southern Vermont, Brattleboro offers a vibrant downtown with restaurants, pubs, and breweries. The town is rich in arts, historic theaters, galleries, and artisanal boutiques. Outdoor activities include swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and biking tours.Facility housing is offered depending on vacancy, with costs ranging from ***-450 per week. The agency is responsible for the leasing agreement.OT: No multiplier, same as bill rate.Holiday/Call back: 1.25x the bill rate, with a minimum of 2 hours for call-back services.Unbillable Orientation: 0 hours if CPI is active, 8 hours if not.Cancellation policy: Brattleboro reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts per 13 weeks.Locals accepted: Yes, with a rate ***% lower for those residing within 35 miles of the facility.
