You will own and evolve how Slate supports personalized, data-driven communications by designing portals, building dynamic content, and integrating Slate with other marketing technologies to create seamless, high-impact experiences for prospective students.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionServe as the technical lead for enrollment marketing within Slate, creating and maintaining portals, personalization, and integrations.Design, develop, and maintain custom Slate portals to support recruitment, admission, and marketing initiatives.Build dynamic, highly personalized Slate content using advanced development techniques for targeted communications.Partner with marketing and admission teams to translate campaign strategy into scalable technical solutions within Slate.Lead HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development for emails, landing pages, and interactive portal experiences, with a strong focus on accessibility and performance.Develop and manage segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging based on applicant data, behavior, and demographics.Collaborate with technologists and stakeholders to integrate Slate with marketing automation, analytics, and other platforms.Produce data and reports that inform communication strategy, campaign performance, and continuous improvement.Stay current with emerging CRM features, marketing technologies, and personalization trends to drive innovation in recruitment communications.Contribute to the ongoing evolution of enrollment marketing technology and CRM strategy as needs and opportunities emerge.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or an Associate's Degree and one year of experienceExperience working with relational databases, including database design and normalization.Experience with CRM or marketing technology platforms (e.g., Technolutions Slate, Salesforce, or similar systems).Preferred Qualifications1 year of experience with ETL processes, APIs, or other data integration tools.1 year of experience integrating CRM platforms with marketing automation, analytics, or reporting tools.Experience supporting marketing, enrollment, or customer-facing digital communications at scale.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesUnderstand SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience building data-driven, personalized digital experiences.Strong understanding of marketing automation, data integration techniques, and CRM-based personalization.Solid grasp of customer segmentation, email marketing, and campaign execution workflows.Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, enrollment, and technical stakeholders to translate strategy into working systems.Comfort owning systems, making technical decisions, and improving platforms over time (not just keeping the lights on).Additional Position Information (if applicable)Required Application Documentsresume and cover letterSpecial Instructions (if applicable)noneAdditional InformationA criminal background check is required.
