This role assists drivers and guests, answers parking-related questions, and helps ensure smooth and efficient daily operations at assigned locations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist guests and drivers with parking-related questions and concerns. Provide clear directions to parking areas, payment points, and exits. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Support on-site parking staff and supervisors as needed. Monitor parking areas to ensure a positive guest experience. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and service standards.Minimum RequirementsQualifications High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain professional in fast-paced or high-traffic environments. Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods.
