City Manager
POSITION SUMMARYThis position will be the senior security Contractor lead within the Host City and be charged with planning operations, coordinating support, supervising security personnel, reacting to and reporting incidents, and preparing for and executing emergency operations for all facets of the event efforts in their Host City assignment. The City Lead should have significant local city and law enforcement contacts.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract, ensuring quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all reporting requirements, quality control and management of key personnelMake decisions on behalf of the company, particularly on personnel related issuesSupervise all individuals working under this contractBe available on a 24-hour basis, to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstanceConduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported allegationsEnsure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguardedHave overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements.Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW.Ability to meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.Work is in a busy environment and subject to frequent interruptions with long periods of sitting, standing or walking.Extended hours to include nights, weekends and holidays may be required.May be subject to outdoor conditions including extreme temperatures and weather.Subject to high noise levels to include gun fire, hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, extreme cold or exposure to chemicals.QUALIFICATIONSPossess a minimum of five (5) year of experience of specialized experience -Specialized experience includes: Security project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in Security management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of variousVerifiable experience and training in security awareness, mediation and conflict resolution, disaster and emergency situations and managing personnel at various types of facilitiesBachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business managementA US Citizen with social security card and a valid state driver's licenseLEOSA CertifiedAble to stand or walk the duration of shift with little time or access to chairs or rest areas, have the ability to sprint or run for short durationsAble to safely operate a vehicleAble to climb stairs and traverse uneven terrainAble to use force of 200lbs or more as neededAble to intervene and use verbal or physical force as appropriate to the situationBe exposed to harsh environments, weather, heat/cold, direct sun, excessive loud noises, electrical equipment, large crowds in proximity, heavy machinery, heavy traffic, 24/7 availability and able to work long hours/shifts in austere environments indoors and outdoorsFamiliar with report writing, word, excel, emails, phone communication, setting and creating travel itinerariesExceptional verbal, written and electronic communicationAbility to follow strict guidelines, timelines, itineraries, safety measures, SOPsAbility to think critically and operationally to ensure protection of their teamBENEFITSConstellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.Equal Opportunity Employer
