Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient | Full-Time | Texas Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location : Hico, TX Employment Type: Permanent Placement Overview We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Texas. This is a full-time, weekday role ideal for a PTA who enjoys working directly with patients in a structured clinic environment focused on recovery, mobility, and functional improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and recovery plans Accurately document patient progress using WebPT Maintain a clean, professional, and patient-focused treatment area Follow clinic policies and safety standards Requirements Active Texas PTA License Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (outpatient preferred) BLS Certification Comfortable using WebPT for documentation Professional appearance (solid color scrubs; no facial piercings or tongue rings) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $32–$35/hour (based on experience) Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 Relocation Bonus: Up to $3,000 Full-time weekday schedule Supportive outpatient team environment Vaccination Requirements Hepatitis B MMR Varicella Tdap Flu If you are a motivated PTA looking for a stable outpatient role with strong compensation and weekday hours, apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
