As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative environment. Position Summary We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with a strong background in construction and/or manufacturing accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Accounts receivable and Accounts payable as this position splits their time in both seats. This is a full-time position. Key Responsibilities Monthly billing for Direct/Dealer/Service projects. AR Collections, follow up payment status calls. Update systems with notes. Ensure compliance with contract terms, billing schedules, and lien requirements. Collaborate with sales, service coordinator support accurate billing, and collections. Route invoices for proper approval in accordance with internal controls. Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain a positive relationship with suppliers. Reconcile Vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Customer and Vendor set up. Support month-end close processes.Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed. Backup to Receptionist. Preferred Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in accounting within the construction and/or manufacturing industries. Proficiency ERP system and QuickBooks Online (strongly preferred). Advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Pay Range $26.50 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience).
