Skilled Laborer

Job Description IET Systems is seeking experienced Skilled Laborers in the construction field. This position will require all types of laborious work from pouring and finishing various concrete structures, installing gates and fences, as well as pulling and running various types of wire. Core Duties and Responsibilities: Operate various types of equipment Load and unload various sizes of material Concrete finishing behind paver, and some hand-pour work Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics, and operation /product manuals Perform installation of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms and other security related systems Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting Clean up equipment at the completion of each day Work proactively and in a positive manner with all co-workers Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities without supervision Other duties will be at management’s discretion The Superior Candidate will: Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and solid work history Have excellent communication skills Have the ability and willingness to work in a team environment Have strong attention to detail Demonstrate good diagnostic skills assessment, problem-solving, and decision making Have the ability to listen carefully and follow instructions Be able to follow and establish safe work practices Have the ability to meet deadlines Exhibit a positive attitude Have the willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as the project requires REQUIREMENTS IET Systems is seeking experienced Skilled Laborers in the construction field.
