Role - Frontend Lead Developer (Angular)Location: - REMOTE / CST timesTentative Duration - 6 - 12 monthsExperience: - · 12+ YearsEducational Qualifications: -Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.Additional certifications or open-source contributions are a plus· We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. · This role requires deep expertise in Angular v16+ and a broad understanding of modern web technologies. · The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the development of internal frameworks, reusable UI components, and scalable web applications. · This is not a routine development position. · We're seeking someone who can bring strong architectural thinking, deep technical knowledge, and a research-oriented mindset to help shape the future of our frontend ecosystem.You’ll work closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to drive forward innovation, performance, and user experience at scaleResponsibilities: -· Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend systems using Angular (v16+)· Develop and maintain internal UI libraries, component systems, and framework tools· Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions· Conduct research and proof-of-concepts to evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies· Ensure accessibility, performance, security, and responsiveness are built into everything you create· Contribute to team best practices, code quality standards, and mentoring less experienced developersRequirement: -· Minimum of 10 years of experience in frontend or web development · Expert-level skills in Angular (v16+), TypeScript, and RxJS · Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and component-based UI design · Experience with Angular CLI, state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Akita), and modular architecture · Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), Git, and REST APIs · Familiarity with React is a bonus, especially in hybrid environments Nice-to-Have Experience: · Building and maintaining internal frameworks or design systems · Using monorepo structures or working with micro-frontend architecture · Implementing accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design practices · Experience with test automation frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Mocha, or Protractor · Working knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker containers · Exposure to WebAssembly, TailwindCSS, or Web Components is a plus Design and Theming Experience: · Advanced CSS and SASS/SCSS skills · Strong experience creating custom themes and UI styling systems · Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD· A solid sense of UI/UX aesthetics and attention to detailSoft Skills: · Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical ideas clearly · Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability · Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments · Curious and research-driven; stays up to date with evolving web standards and tools · Experience leading discussions, mentoring teammates, and contributing to architectural decisions.
