Staffing CoordinatorPerforms clinical systems application duties and coordinates all patient care staffing in compliance with the Joint Commission and DHS regulations for the in-patient departments. Coordinates all registry usage in the patient care areas. This position may require flexibility of hours. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Experience/Training: Minimum 2 years experience in a staffing clerical role in an acute care hospital. Prefer 1 year experience in a staffing coordinator role in an acute care hospital. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. The estimated blended hourly rate, accounting for these premiums on a 12-hour shift, ranges from $28.00 to $42.00.
