Web Developer

We’re seeking a results‑driven Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and work alongside our technical lead on critical data and application solutions across our e‑commerce and operational platforms. Your primary focus will be enhancing and maintaining our proprietary ERP / CRM system (SPEX), building ETL pipelines, backend services, and BI dashboards to ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design, development, and enhancement of our proprietary ERP (Spex), delivering intuitive and responsive experiences for internal usersBuild and deploy ETL pipelines using PHP and MySQL to feed data warehouses and analytics platformsDevelop backend services and APIs in Laravel to support internal workflows and toolsCreate responsive frontend components with Vue.js and Bootstrap for dashboards and internal applicationsImplement and maintain data models in MySQL, and collaborate on SQL Server/SSIS integrations as neededMonitor and troubleshoot error rates, performance bottlenecks, and security issues across applications, databases, and infrastructureWork with Content, Platforms, Purchasing, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements on an agile cadenceDocument system designs, data flows, API contracts, and deployment procedures to ensure maintainabilityRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experienceProficiency in at least one programming language and one SQL dialectFamiliarity with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and modern version control tools (e.g. Git)Hands‑on experience with relational databases and data‑warehousing principlesExposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworksExcellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects end‑to‑endPreferred Qualifications3+ years with PHP and the Laravel framework3+ years with MySQL schema design and optimization3+ years with JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js (or similar)Experience with SQL Server & SSISWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageA key contributor role on the ongoing development of our ERP system, SpexProfessional development support, including training and certificationsA collaborative, innovative culture that celebrates ownership and continuous improvementIf you’re a proactive Full Stack Developer who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about building end‑to‑end solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
