Production Operator

EMS, Thin Metal Parts is seeking a dedicated and skilled efab operator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a keen attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Summary: Prepare and process electroplating equipment to produce parts for customers.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate cleaning and plating processesProcess parts through the appropriate chemical baths, following run sheetsPerform chemical additions as specified by labUse a micrometer to measure parts, perform calculations and adjust process parametersIn-process inspection of parts using naked eye and magnificationTransfer of chemicals to and from electroforming/photo areasGeneral maintenance of equipment and housecleaning of all areasOther duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentOther Considerations:Demonstrable basic PC skillsAble to read blueprints/drawingsAbility to follow run sheets and enter data where applicableAbility to multi-task (work in different areas of building on different products simultaneously)Experience with chemicals and knowledge of safety protocols preferredSome heavy lifting may be requiredFluent in English, written and verbal skills.
