Paralegal (PI Plaintiff)

Paralegal - Personal Injury (Plaintiff)Location: Irvine, Hybrid 3 days remote, 2 days in personSalary: $85K - $120K DOEKey ResponsibilitiesCommunicate frequently with clients, providing compassionate and empathetic supportManage and maintain electronic document filing systemsDraft and finalize legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, discovery responses, affidavits, memoranda, and related filingsProofread and ensure accuracy of all legal draftsMaintain attorney calendars, including appearances, deadlines, and statute trackingPrepare notices, schedule depositions, and coordinate service of subpoenasObtain medical records and healthcare lien informationAssist with fact investigation and case developmentEnsure compliance with court rules, filing procedures, and law office protocols (including e-filing)Required Qualifications & Skills MUST have 5+ years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. Previous work experience involving litigation of claims.Strong legal drafting experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office-based programs.Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.Ability to make timely decisions in challenging situations.Focus on meeting demanding deadlines.Meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and organization.Professionalism in stressful situations.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
