Job SummaryThe Residential Sales Manager (Partner Channel) is responsible for managing the performance, operations, and strategic alignment of Omni Fiber's external door-to-door sales partners. This role ensures that third-party vendors execute at a high level, adhere to company standards, and deliver consistent, scalable results.Job Responsibilities Partner Performance ManagementOwn performance outcomes across all contracted D2D sales vendorsTrack and report on KPIs including gross adds, attach rates, close rates, and rep productivityConduct regular business reviews (weekly/monthly) with vendor leadershipHold partners accountable to contractual targets, SLAs, and quality standardsIdentify underperformance and drive corrective action plans Vendor Operations & OversightServe as the primary point of contact for all external D2D sales partnersSupport onboarding and ramp of new vendor partners and marketsEnsure partners are aligned with Omni Fiber's sales processes, systems, and expectationsMonitor territory deployment, coverage, and efficiency across vendorsAudit field activity and sales practices to ensure compliance and brand integrity Sales Process & EnablementStandardize tools, scripts, and best practices across all partner teamsPartner with vendors to improve training, coaching, and in-field executionSupport rollout of new products, pricing, and promotional offersEnsure consistent customer experience across all outsourced sales channels Compensation & Contract AlignmentPartner with internal teams to manage commission structures and vendor payout modelsValidate performance data used for vendor compensation and invoicingEvaluate effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend optimizationsSupport contract negotiations with data-driven insights on performance and ROI Data, Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into partner performanceAnalyze trends across vendors, markets, and teams to identify best practicesProvide actionable insights to leadership on scaling, optimization, and vendor mixForecast performance and support market expansion planning Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to align initiativesEnsure smooth handoff between sales, install, and customer onboarding processesSupport go-to-market execution for new territories and expansion effortsRequired QualificationsEducation & Required Qualifications: 4–6+ years of experience in sales operations, management, or channel management Experience working with third-party or outsourced sales teams (D2D strongly preferred) Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, CRM systems, dashboards) Proven ability to manage external partners and drive accountability Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience in telecommunications, fiber internet, or subscription-based sales Familiarity with Canvass or similar CRM platforms Experience managing multi-market or regional vendor programsCompetencies Vendor/partner management and accountability Performance management and data analysis Operational rigor and process standardization Influencing without direct authority Strategic thinking with execution focusThis job description does not constitute a contract of employment.
