Travel assignments may require additional flexibility.What You'll DoLead up to - two concurrent projects across the West CoastSupervise field teams and subcontractorsProgram and commission access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systemsInterpret and execute installation drawings and design specificationsUpdate as-built documentation (PDF, Excel)Maintain government PIV credentials and clearance requirements as neededEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to TFZ's high standardsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in electronic security system installation & programmingExperience leading projects valued at $100,000+Strong understanding of construction drawings and system integrationAbility to travel up to 50%Professional communication and leadership skillsCertifications / ExperienceLenel OnGuard Fundamentals (or equivalent experience)Software House C•CURE 9000 (or equivalent experience)Preferred Certifications / Experience OR Ability to ObtainOSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)Milestone XProtectAmerican Dynamics VictorSalary: $41.00 to $46.00Your First 30 DaysFour weeks of hands-on onboarding with an experienced Project ManagerImmersion in TFZ systems, standards, and processesCertification completion and live project exposureClear growth path and performance expectationsWe believe investing in our people is what drives our success.
