Role Description We are seeking a compassionate and organized full-time Case Manager to join our Newport Beach, CA office in an on-site capacity. The Case Manager will oversee client cases, managing all communication between clients, attorneys, and related parties. Responsibilities include handling case documentation, coordinating medical records, tracking case progress, and ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries. The Case Manager will also collaborate with attorneys to prepare necessary case files, reports, and related materials for litigation and settlement discussions. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills for efficient case file and document managementExcellent communication skills to liaise with clients, attorneys, and external partners effectivelyKnowledge of legal or medical terminology and case management processes is preferredProficiency in office software, email platforms, and case management softwareExceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlinesStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills to contribute to a collaborative work environmentAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionExperience in legal or medical case management is advantageousBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusAssociate or bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or a related field is preferred
