How you will make an impactOwn the full recruitment lifecyclefor outside sales rolesfrom strategy and sourcing through offer and close.
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies and campaignsthat attract high-performing sales talent.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiencethrough clear communication, strong relationships, and consistent execution.
Serve as a trusted advisorto hiring leadersproviding insights, recommendations, and interview guidance to drive confident hiring decisions.
Build and nurture talent pipelines proactively , maintaining relationships with candidates over time.
Represent Delta Defense externallythrough networking events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement (including Disrupt HRMKE), strengthening our brand and mission.
About the roleIn this role, youll play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our recruiting operations. Youll ensure processes, systems, and documentation remain accurate, compliant, and up to date with organizational changes, policies, and federal/state employment laws. Youll also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR initiatives that enhance efficiency, elevate the candidate experience, and improve new hire onboarding.
What youll ownMaintain compliance across recruiting processes, documentation, and systems
Stay current on employment laws and organizational updates
Safeguard confidentiality across recruiting, compensation, and HR matters
Lead and support TA/HR projects focused on process improvement and candidate experience
Partner cross-functionally to support hiring needs and workforce growth
What you will need to succeedBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, including ATS usage (UKG, Payfactors & Visier)
Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and build strong talent pipelines
Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage competing demands
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate with urgency

Work Location:3 days onsite at our headquarters in West Bend, WI, with the option for 2 days remote.
Compensation : Target salary $93,000-$105,000; eligible for annual company incentive bonus.
