This entry-level role provides hands-on training and career growth opportunities, starting on the ground floor to develop the skills and techniques needed for success. The Brand Ambassador engages with clients in retail locations, promotes products, generates qualified leads for the Sales Department, and supports the mission of delivering the best home remodeling experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Represent the company in retail locationsParticipates in comprehensive training sessionsBuilds expertise in window, door, gutter, and awning products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional serviceSupports brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to qualityPerforms other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Outgoing and approachable personality with strong communication skillsEagerness to learn and grow through structured trainingStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredReliable transportation to retail locationsDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience in (sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions)Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling servicesInterest in career growth within sales and marketingHOURS VARY:Tuesday-Friday: 2pm to 7:00pmSaturday and Sunday: 12pm to 6pmPAY RATE:$17-$20/Hourly with the opportunity to earn bonusesLICENSES, CERTIFICATION, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing in one location for extended periodsPosition regularly operates a variety of office equipment which includes a computer, printer, copy machine, telephone, etcMust be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materialsMust be able to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally and up to twenty pounds of force frequentlyBENEFITS:401(K) EligibilityIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, apply online at www.asherjobs.com or in person at our showroom at 1654 Commercial Blvd, Chippewa Falls WI 54729What is the Asher Difference?
