Your focus will span operations, security, and integration of hardware and software.Research and resolve operating system problems efficiently and accurately in adherence to organizational standardsTroubleshoot operating system issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams including application development and networkingBuild and harden Windows servers, establish and manage configuration baselinesPlan, test, install, integrate, and maintain new or updated operating systemsApply security and firmware patches promptly; assist in maintaining patch management strategiesTest and integrate new hardware and software componentsManage the lifecycle of operating systemsDesign interfaces to external systems and maintain thorough documentation on system configurations and processesRequired Experience, Skills, & Technologies7+ years of relevant experience with Windows systemsExperience with complex system architectures and interconnected data environmentsHands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Centrify for domain managementExperience and proficiency applying security patches within enterprise systemsExperience scripting in PowerShell, VB, or similar toolsExperience and ability to manage environments running Windows Server 2008/2012/2016Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Access Control Service (ACS)Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and antivirus solutions including Symantec and McAfeeDesired Experience, Skills & TechnologiesFamiliarity with LAN, SAN, TCP/IP, and Cisco network configurationsMCSE or MCITP certificationsExperience with VMware 5+ and a VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) credential
