Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts within a fast-paced industrial setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring order accuracy, production alignment, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary contact for assigned customers, managing daily communication and order flow. Process and coordinate sales, production, and outside processing orders with accuracy. Monitor scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address delays. Maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and part specifications in internal systems. Oversee inventory alignment to support material optimization and margin performance. Partner cross-functionally to resolve quality concerns and document customer issues.
