PT Client Service Advisor

Position Title: Client Advisor Department: Retail Temple St. Clair Flagship, 803 Washington St. NYC Reports To: Store Director Location: New York City Flagship Shop Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary $25 per hour The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering a world-class client experience at the Temple St. Clair Flagship, embodying the brand's standards of artistry, knowledge, and service. This role requires deep expertise in our collections, a continually evolving understanding of fine materials and gemstones, and a polished, client-focused approach to relationship building. The position carries significant sales and budget accountability and serves as a key ambassador of Temple St. Clairs heritage, craftsmanship, and design philosophy. Key Responsibilities Sales and Client Experience Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for all clients, reflecting the spirit and standards of Temple St. Clair. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store performance. Protect company assets at all times. Build strong, lasting client relationships through thoughtful service and consistent follow-up. Support and maintain the clienteling database, ensuring accurate records and proactive outreach. Brand and Product Knowledge Maintain and continually develop a deep understanding of Temple St. Clairs collections, history, design philosophy, and craftsmanship. Commit to ongoing education in gemology, fabrication techniques, and high jewelry offerings. Communicate the unique value, story, and artistry behind each piece with confidence and authenticity. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a positive and supportive environment. Contribute to shared goals, uphold store standards, and assist colleagues when needed. Actively participate in trainings and team meetings to stay aligned on new collections, sales strategies, and client experience initiatives. Store Operations Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising. Ensure the boutique remains immaculate and welcoming, adhering to visual presentation standards. Assist with special events, including those hosted in partnership with retail partners at the Flagship, providing sales, inventory, and operational support as directed by the VP of Sales.
